Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable. Redeem cards at www.zeiterion.org or at The Zeiterion Box Office for tickets, classes, and merchandise. Not valid for concessions, rentals, partner events, or new gift cards. Treat as cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. No fees. No interest is paid on balances. Valid seven (7) years from the date of issue. Balances of $5 or less may be redeemed for cash under Massachusetts law. Use of gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms.
